Q: What are your minimums?
A: One is our minimum but that gets expensive, so normally we go with 100 pieces.

Q. What kind of design format do you need to make products?
A: JPG/PSD/PDF/AI or real sample picture. Prefer AI vector file if possible.

Q: How do you match the colors that I want?
A: We have over 300 different thread color choices. We will take your Pantone, MaderiaIsacord or Robinson Anton color and choose the closest match to one of our availablethread color.

Q: Which kind of backing can you do?
A: We provide sew on backing/ iron on backing/ PVC backing/ Velcro hook/ loop backing/ sticker backing and tuxedo clip (safety pin).

Q: How long will it take to receive my products?
A: The production time for embroidered and woven patches is 10-12 days after sample approved. Production time for all other custom products falls within 7-14 days. Just let us konw if you have special request with the time.

Q: Do you accept drop-ship?
A: Yes, we can. And we usually ship "Blind Label" in these situations.

Q. How about the processing?
A. Once we got all the requirments and our quotation confirmed, we will start sampling first, which may takes 3-4 days. And after samples approved, mass production will need about 8-10 days for the orders not more than 3000 pcs order. Then we will settle delivery, the shipping time will need 7-12 days by air, and we also provide more economic way such like sea/train/truck shipping.
